Suggestions for Jointed Rail (Not Locomotives)

Any chance we might see some more coal cars from you guys? Maybe some bethgons and 5 bays? NS TopGons come up a lot in photos from coal country.

Well, Bethgon wise, there is one bundled in the RBMN rolling stock pack. Thanks to JR's awesome gecko skin script, one skin for it has the Reading logo, and the other skin is just the blank hopper. 2wayne had made a number of reskins for this bethgon, but his website is currently for sale..

Ballast splines similar to the TSM ones as an addon to existing JR tracks would be a great asset.

Like this, to use for track fills, grade separated crossings and switchstands, etc.

Seconded. Though I'd just be happy with a couple small ones for Switch Stand and line side boxes and such. I can deal with the rest like Grade Crossings and Signals and such.

I'll third that idea - those are fantastic! I didn't realize a track system had that... It's a line side add-on, you say? Starting with name TSM something? I'll have to go look later!

SP9813 - would you mind providing the names/kuids of those items you're showing? I can't seem to locate them on the DLS... Thanks!

Of course, there are hundreds of TSM track assets on the DLS so I'll give you the kuid and such for the one I have pictured.

The track itself TSM Track WWL SK 1 by antikiller_bmrf, kuid2:593815:100643:3, and the ballast spline to match those tracks are TSM Ballast SK1 by bugor. There are hundreds of these to pick from, just search "TSM Track" or "TSM Ballast" in Content manager to see them all. Also, take note that the tracks are Russian 5ft gauge tracks as opposed to 4ft 8in Standard gauge, and using some track objects like turnout frogs and wheel stops may look odd, but nine times out of ten the difference won't be noticeable.

The bethgon that they used is on the DLS, under username socalwb909. Joe made them quite a while back. 2Wayne's are skins of these as well.

I've thought about this for awhile and I'm not sure if it's even possible. If there were a way to actually isolate the dpu in the pop up window and then control the engine from said window. You could have a checkbox to run the engines all together or with the fence up and control it independently from the head end. I'm sure this would be a scripting challenge but it's just a thought I've had for some time.

This may be slightly off-topic, but maybe a fix for the annoying 'B for Bell and all the bells ring on the train'? Also, does anyone know if T:ANE fixed that?

I believe it did. And the whole "all bells ring" thing is SO ANNOYING! Especially when I'm driving a multi-unit power move...

Mac also fixed that, but got rid of ANNOYING features like multiplayer, being able to rotate textures while painting, use of online download station, etc.

Confirmed, only the lead unit rings the bell. If you have a unit on the opposite end, and switch to it, that one rings instead.

I'd like to see some dual gauge versions of Adam's track!

Modern extended vision, bat window and transfer cabooses with interiors. Wood side boxcars from the steam era would all be nice additions for trainz.
