Suggestions for Jointed Rail (Not Locomotives)

^^Yes, further, personally I just can not get myself to mix HD and LD trains, I can not even get myself to run HD trains on LD routes, or the other way around.

Not really into American trains, not until very recently in any case, well, I love the old mining and logging stuff, not so much the stuff from the current era, but I got all the excellent routes from JR, then I got some add-on packs, and now I'm really getting into it and enjoying myself, and sure, I would like to expand.

Yea, I think Amtrak stuff will be very popular, I would like to get some of the JR engines, but not without any good quality rolling stock to go with them.

How about some Grazzy splines that are about 1/4 or 1/2 the width of the current ones.

Also a question, if JR makes track for TANE will it work in Trainz 12? Or will two versions of the tracks have to be made?

I'd like to see more engine houses of various sizes. No railroad names would be nice, but perhaps a set of basic white signs with railroad names/logos on them so that they can be placed on the building wherever the end user so chooses?

Appliance Service

An addition to post #730 of this thread I found this car that appears to be very similar if not identical to the CB&Q and BN appliance cars. NP 659994 thru 659999 were built at the NP's Brainerd shops in November 1967 for appliance service. They were painted the dark green used on the insulated (RBL) box cars. The stencil on the side reads, "WHEN EMPTY RETURN TO AGENT IC RAILWAY KANKAKEE ILLINIOS".

I agree with you about narrow Grazzy splines. It looks dumb to have the grass mysteriously end whenever the tracks get to close for me to fit a spline between them.

I've cloned and modified some of them myself, which I understand doesn't completely solve the problem, but it works well for personal use. I've also had decent success adding in bits that are partly sunk into the ground near the edges.

How about a seriously snow and ice weathered train, something that will look good and in place on frozen winter routes.

More MOW stuff please. Could use a flat car with some rails and joint plates on it. A rail crane would be a home run.
Just my 2 cents

Matt

Content packs of Katy stuff like the MoPac stuff.

On a completely opposite note, MultiMax Greenbrier cars would be great.
