Daily Passenger
The passenger leaves Crainsmouth Wharf station at 10:00 sharp, that is if #5 doesn't have trouble steaming.
Dunset is the first cattle town, feeding into the packing plant at Crainsmouth on the other side of the cliffs.
There is a logging camp in the Welling Forest, this is about the farthest down #60 comes from her duties on the Riverhead Pass.
Arrived at Welling Forest, this spot provides the main source of timber for trestle bents and ties on the line, though at the moment Crainsmouth Wharf isn't able to handle freight as quickly now that the line is officially in business.
The trestle at River Crest is the first long stretch of downhill this loco has seen since its climb from the wharf.
The railhead is stalled at Grasden, due to the shipment of rails being held up for a little over a month. Meanwhile, the workers are trying to build up around their water stops and junctions, to provide visitors with a place to stay, and hopefully for some to reside.
