SP3 update

I installed TS2010 and downloaded SP3. When starting TS2010 the version shows as 44088, but when the application starts I get this message "TS2010:EE SP3 - 17 September 2010, Service Pack 3 for Trainz Simulator 2010 is now available for download from Trainz Forums"
Why do I get this message when I have the latest version or SP?

My completely updated and correct version (including the hotfix) says the same thing. I suspect it is just an announcement and not aimed at yourself personally.

This is strange as my 2010 didn't give me a message about the latest upgrade to 44088 only just found it on here. I think my copy of 2010 has fell out with me, had constant CM probs since upgrading to sp3. Hopefully 44088 will sort these out. I'll upgrade as soon as the content updates for the 14th time this week.
