FIXED, yay 
I thought I would upgrade, first, I have submitted a ticket but not knowing the holidays around the world for easter I thought I would ask here as well, in case I get an answer first.
I have the download links and add them to my download manager which is set to only two concurrent downloads. I have downloaded about 2800mb but now I get an error.
530 Sorry, the maximum number of clients (2) for this user are already connected.
I am not downloading it anywhere else or on another computer. I stopped and gave it a while to let their server 'reset' how many connections it thinks I have. It hasn't so after downloading for a few hours it hasn't let me do any more for another hour since.
Anyone have any ideas or just sit tight?
