Apologies if this has been covered - my search found nothing - is there a function or method of changing the terrain height to all 0.0 in the whole map at once, or must one tediously traverse the entire map with the terrain height tool?
With the 'Apply Height' cursor radius set to maximum it shouldn't take too long unless the map is large.
IIRC the payware utility TransDem allows the relative elevations in a map to be altered, but I am not sure if it can set all elevations to an absolute...
It would also be a nice feature to be able to raise the entire level of a map simply by specifying the desired height. And have all previously-installed assets (track, objects, etc.) be raised too. Make it a lot easier to merge DEM'ed routes.

It certainly would. This is preventing me from contributing my Widened Lines extension to the ECML. I made it at a 0 height and now I find that Kings Cross is quite a bit higher.
