Did you try what the crusty crustacean suggested, go to https://www.simulatorcentral.com/index.php/customer/account/login/ and View Order? Last night the serial number wasn't in the invoice for me, now it is.

You simply need to download all six files and make sure they are all in the same folder. You then click the 'setup.exe' file and install from there.

Can't you just try it and see if it unpacks? If it doesn't then it means the download is not full, if it does - you have everything.
BTW, my serial number appeared on the order site in my 'my account'. Thank you!

Sorry to bring this up again, but having bought and downloaded Trainz Simulator 2012 for the first time yesterday morning I have still yet to receive my Serial Number, by email or on 'My Account' on Simulator Central. Now I paid using PayPal, so as highlighted before that may be where the problem lies, with the money not yet being sent from PayPal to Auran.
I have also raised a ticket just in case.

H222, not really sure why you put that link up? That sends me to where I have registered all my previous serial numbers, it does not show the serial number (that I am yet to receive) for TS12.

Att Kris... I'm still still stiil still waiting for my serial number for TRS 10EE, so I might have to try registering it as ATRZ ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? in planet auran and hope that somehow quite by magic it will work... though I know it won't... and I ordered that online from Simulator Central too, yet I had not trouble registering my down load of the Duchess pacakge...that came up with the serial number or me and I went straight and registered that, but I still cannot get into the DLS...so there is a number of us just sitting here waiting in groundhog mode
What ever happened to the old days when your serial number was pasted onto the back of the manual?....at least when we all ordered out copy of whatever version of TRS we wanted we got the serial number, knew exactly where to look, and had it there to inter into planeet auran, and for doing so, we got the basic one or three month FCT. long tried and trusted methods were always the best.. perhaps it might have been far better to change and improve help desk than to change the online store to Simulator Central, and what has become of all the old versions of TRS including Trainz Classics and the postal address for Auran at New Farm QLD that used to appear at the bottom of 'Online Shop'?...change is not always for the better...I can only mirror what other forum members are feeling and saying
