Sending Screenshot to the Trainz Forums

Hi everyone I had the instructions on how to post Screenshots on Trainz Forums how ever because of a SPRING CLEAN I did in the computer room I tossed them (BUGGER)
So if someone could please help me out this would be great
Also I have brought myself a BRAND NEW COMPUTER this is what I call a Kick ass computer Here are the specks

Please Don't think I'm Showing off
But with this baby I hope to turn out some good routes However please do not exspect them to be as good as Sirgibbys as I am not that Talented.

Resize the screenshots to fit under the rules of the forum that you want to post them in, save them as a .jpg file, then upload them to ImageShack.us. On the page at ImageShack for your image, copy the text in the "Direct Link" box on the right side of the page for each image, and paste it in your post, in between the tags "
