We are now arrived in the last town in the far North-East of Netherlands, at 650 meters from the German border :

The railway crossing situated at the exit of the station of Nieuweschans . There is no more station building, but a little place where you can meet or buy tickets ...

Shortly after leaving the station of Nieuweschans, this DMU crosses the Westerwoldse Aa on a swing rail bridge .

For the moment, we're still in Netherlands territory ...
