Schedule.. xx past hour? instead of times for entire day

Davie_UCF

Here since 2001, Trainz!!
Is it possible to make a schedule/timetable that involves just times past an hour instead of having to do the same timetable over and over for 24 hours which would be tedious could you not just have one if the route takes 30mins or an hour for example, just have station 1 xx:10 past, then station 2 xx:25 past?

Any way possible?

I don't understand why make timetable for 24 hours.
When you make the schedule in Driver setup, put in the begining at station1 driver command Wait until minute ( e.g. 11) and in the station2 Wait until minute (e.g. 28) and at the end of schedule Repeat. So the train will start at min11 and wait in station2 to min 28 and this will repeat every hour.

Thanks,
How would I use this to achieve what i'm after?

Thanks celje, I understand what you mean but if the times aren't set up perfectly and each train isn't traveling at exact speed limits and not held up in loops a minute more than intended the whole schedules would be a few minutes off .Im aiming for a more predictable schedule that remains the same each hour withut the chance of it being a few minutes ahead or behind if that makes sense!

this are departure times, the train arrive at time before (e.g. min20), just observe each train, how much time need for arrivel.

They are driver commands select in the driver command selection in edit session. Place the command in the drivers list selecting the time. When train arrives it will wait until that time before departing. If it is late it will still depart as long as it is within a certain ammount of time, not sure of the elapsed time before it has to wait for the clock to go around again.

Have to be set up with allowal for lateness then? I'm guessing if it arrives a bit later it'l end up waiting an hour for that time again?

I think he's after something for Trainz similar to the Activity Editor in Microsoft's MSTS where the times are automatically worked out between A & B.

At the moment, you have do a test run of each and every train in driver mode to get times right.
