Saved Paint Shed car goes into C:\ drive but does not appear in SURVEYOR mode.

Is there a patch or other means to correct the following problem? The SAVE function of TRAINZ 2004 Paint Shed Version 1.6 (Build 33) offers the option of saving to TRAINZ 2006 Version 2.6 (Build 3337). It does put the car into C:\Program Files(+86)\AuranTRS2006\World\Custom\Trains but the car does not appear in SURVEYOR mode.
