renewing my FCT

I let my FCT expire about 8 months ago. Now I just purchased one for 90 days again and have activated it...yet it does not show it in my CMP and the DL speeds are still slow. Is there anything else I need to do to make it work or does it take a day or so?

it will take about 24 hours to show up,, did you turn it on in your profile

Is "turning it on" the same as clicking "Activate Now"? That I did and it then told me when it would expire???

That's correct, it usually takes some short period of time to start working after you activate it.

Check that everything is correct in your Auran profile.
Then go into CMP and check that your settings are correct. If they are "click" on "SAVE" & exit. Restart CMP...
(I have a FCT & recently for some unknown reason CMP started showing that I had a 100 meg daily limit). I did the above & that solved the issue...
