Yeah. Maybe he is mad at either Auran having BLOCKED users of those Trainz versions from uploading to the DLS, :n: :'( or at the fact that you have to shell out moolah for a FCT in order to even download in the first place. :n: :'(

I can understand the disappointment of fellow legacy users losing free DLS access and access to new items even if we pay. A lot of us feel unhappy about that. However, whilst we are still able to use the Forum I think it is still a great source of mutual support.

Simply abandoning the “camp” reduces the value still further for fellow TRS2004/06. I continue to believe that all Trainz users have plenty to mutually offer each other – regardless of version.

I’ve been tempted to abandon this Forum, but have resisted. And so far I’m very pleased to still be here, continuing to learn and, hopefully, helping out others from time to time. The Forum has certainly been a great source of information regarding where to get new assets from third party sites as well as some great camaraderie.

I’m not too familiar with other Trainz forums, but if you know of a better one, please let me know.

... and why do we have to read this ?? The readers of this forum have no powers to ban you - send an email to the help desk asking them to cancel all your registrations, serial numbers, access rights etc.

I would love to be able to help him - but his very negative initial post does not reveal anything about his problem - it just resembled a meaningless rant.

Well Guys......... it is very admirable that you want to help but, if you do a search for his/her posts, you will find a very high percentage are rants. Help was offered on one particular issue which was totally ignored. He/she may have a medical condition; may be coping with other issues; may be an adolescent; maybe a complete idiot. Regardless, unless he/she posts some rational responses to offers of help, there is nothing any of us can do ........ apart from immersing ourselves in Trainz once again!

I payed $14.95 for TRS2006, and another @ $19 USD for a 1 year FCT, and if Auran would ever get the new improved TS2011 to fix all the glitches in TS2010 ... I would buy that as well.
