Purchased T:ANE Std on Mac app store but routes not appearing now in TRS19

I purchased T:ANE Standard on the Mac app store after I had purchased TRS19 on the Trainz Store. I was hoping that the T:ANE routes would be automatically brought into TRS19, but, alas, they have not.

Is it possible to import these routes and what is the correct procedure?

P.S. As a minor issue, my purchase of T:ANE is not appearing in my Trainz "History Chart". Is this because I purchased it on the Mac app store and not from the Trainz store?

Assuming you didn't use a different Username for TANE they should appear after a restart, if not then in Manage Content, File > Download Purchased items, in which case they should download on starting TRS19 proper.

If that doesn't work then contact the helpdesk and also get them to sort out your timeline.

Thank you clam. I did not that my T:ANE Internet setting did not have my account, which I added and was authorized successfully. But after restarting TRS19 the TANE routes did not appear.

I will contact the helpdesk.

Well....I tried everything that the helpdesk documents said to do, but no luck.
Next will be opening a ticket.
In the meantime, I can always run these older routes within their earlier Trainz versions.

Are there others in the same boat as me?

May just be that the Mac store is slow in notifying N3V, may clear tomorrow, I'd still raise a ticket though.
