problem with two key items for my route

hi everyone i have two key items on my route the first a coal bunker

saying error in track names

the second item a coal discharge shed when i tell the drive to drive to it which he dose and then unload but he dose not he skips that task and moves on to the next task i think it is an AI fault

can anybody help me solves these two errors
