Problem while updating my trainz 2012

Hello, and happy new year all.

My problem is that i bought trainz 2012 ('dutch' version and translated in french, i am french man). The build is 51054 and i can't update it. I have downloaded a fix to pass from 49922 to 57720 (1.8 Go) and my software refuse to apply this patch.

I can't neither connect to auto update via the lauching config af the game...

If someone can help what is the problem, it would be very nice !

Welcome to the forums.

Unfortunately, you are using the wrong patch for your version. The first number in the patch filename must match your current build number.

Also, I am not aware of a patch available from here for your version - you will need to check the site of the company who distributes your version who should have a logo on the box.

No problem. I would also advise that you register your serial number. To do this, click Planet Auran above, then click Serial Number on the next page, then fill in the form. This will enable you to access the full forums and the Download Station.

You may need to check with Helpdesk that it's on the correct account, as for some reason there's no versions showing next to your username.If you've got more than one account, Helpdesk can merge them together.

my account auran is : Taggart. i have four trainz registred there : classic one, TRS2004, TRS2006 and trainz 2012.

That makes sense. It may be worth getting Helpdesk to merge your Planet Auran and forum accounts together to make things easier for you.

Ok, i have logged with my auran account... so the other account is obsolete. It was just created this evening to log to the forum. i didn't know that i can log with the same !

So, the problem is always ther... and i don't want to make you loose your time !
so i am going to look for some answers on the web (again and again), and if my results are good, i will post them there !
