I have a small question, how do you add this to another layout? and if you can add this one, can you add other layouts to other layouts? Just curious. also, I preordered it, so what do I do when its released? Does it automatically download or do I get a email. Also curious about that.

You can use the merge function within the game to add this route to any other, or, any routes to anything else, it's a bit fiddly to start with but once achieved it's fairly straight forward, there are a couple of things to watch out for though, namely, the height of the 2 layouts once joined are the same, otherwise you'll need to raise the layout you merge so it sits flush with the other one, and of course where to join the 2 routes together can be a bit tricky, it's a bit of trial and error and lots of experimenting.

When the route is released you'll get an e-mail from Jointed Rail and you can go and download the map and dependencies from their site.

Hmm, I sent those out about 2 weeks back. If you didn't get it, those that took advantage of the Newsletter only offer will be getting the next module as a bonus at no charge. The next module will be a fully interactive Intermodal facility... As for merging these modules, they should all merge together without any issues and should also merge with the MWG series without issue. I will print a merging guide later on once this other one is finished. I will also merge them all together myself for those guys that want a huge map but aren't that great in Surveyor.

We'll make sure ya'll are covered. Alot of the ideas for these are coming directly from your feedback and comments, and we certainly appreciate it!!

Being a newsletter subscriber alone didn't qualify you, you had to do something within a time frame.

I would recommend making sure your are subscribed to the newsletter and adding them to a safe-senders list so that it isn't marked as spam.

I too, a subscriber as of Aug. 08, 2014 did not receive any newsletter(s) as yet, let alone a special dispatch. And my SPAM filter is clean with nothing from JR.

I have no problem with purchasing the next module being it is always well worth it in my opinion, although I believe I had subscribed for newsletters from day one when I registered. I can not recall now but I may have received one or two quite a while back but nothing since.

I would appreciate a ''merge'' guide as it would save a lot of time finding the right area to add my copy of MidWestGrain to this new Cold Creek module.

In some cases emails may not be sent on the availability of the route/content pack.

You should however find the pack and all within the My Downloadable Products area of your accounts. Should be able to download it right from there.

Can see the route and dependencies on the CCL page but there's no link to the other content in my Downloadable Products list.
Any chance it would be missed if the total qualifying purchases weren't all made in the same transaction?

Hi all I just got a email from JR to say that Cold creek was ready to download
so I did but I can't find the route when I go in to survayer to look at it
everything else downloaded ok but NO ROUTE
As I say I looked it to my survayer and could not find Cold Creek
