Planet Auran Login Problem

Hi, I can login to the Auran website but for some reason Content Manager can't, I get the message "Incorrect Username and Password" however they are correct, worked ok yesterday, anyone else having this problem?

Edit: Now it's working again!! blowed if I know!!

It seems this problem comes and goes. Might have something to do with Auran's servers, a situation outside of user control. I'm experiencing it right now, by the way. Not fun.

The servers are down. And, since it is a holiday, they probably won't be back up for a while.

Yeah, appears they may be. Here I was in the (naive) hope that it was just my 'net connection.

Yeah. Even PINGing them doesn't always produce a response. A lot of the time it only piles up a 'no response' result.

I tried to log onto the DLS and the Auran Site but neither of them came up. I hope they fix the servers soon, I want to download the Elevated Station Pack to finish my subway route.

This gives me the usual Deja Vu i allways get during Auran's Holidays.
Been a member and user for about 10 years now, and it never fails.
As soon as the staff exits the Holidaydoor at the office, the serverfailtimer starts.
And since the guys likes their holiday so much, nobody cares fixing it untill their back in january.
Time lost on the first class ticket never get refunded, or appologuised.

In these times, im am glad theres a bunch of Third party sites, who offers a lot of First class content.

I came here hoping to find an explanation, but golly! I didn't realize that many people have had this problem!

Server outages always affect a lot of users, due to the popularity of the Download Station.

They could do (if finances permit) with having mirror servers. At least then if the main one goes down, the mirror is still available. (Like sourceforge)
