Ya I agree would be really cool to download this route. But I respect your decision.

This must be the most interesting screenshot thread I have ever seen! I like small, one-board layouts and have made a few - two on the DLS - they really allow one to exeriment with different ideas.

Tks for that.
I was hoping to generate a bit of interest in single board layouts.

I had to use a couple of additional blank boards to house the portals but all the activity is on a single board.....screeshots are not too clear though.

I've often called it a confined space but there is actually loads of room to work with on a single board.

There certainly is - especially after being confined to small layouts when railway modelling! My longest layout then was about 16 feet - my smallest fitted in a shoe box (but there wasn't much operating potential!)

Incidentally, I also find trams especially suited to one-board layouts, and have made a narrow-gauge layout (not trams) on one board with four stations.

Tks frogpipe.....yes they are all single board routes.

The island is 9 boards but this was to surround the centre board with sand and sea and to bury the portals under ground.

The centre board is the actual layout.

I used adjoining boards on the other routes just to house the portals but they are basically single board layouts (i should really have hid the portals underground and tucked them away on the sides )

They are all tram layouts with various portal traffic passing through. ( bus..rail....freight....canal barge....maglev)

If you don't mind it being 2006 trainz, I have a switching module I built. It's just something I was playing around with while trying to figure out how to get 2010 running on my system again. (will post pics later)
