Object Height Adjustment

When I place an object and I want to adjust the height, the increments "snap" by 1.00. How do I set it up so I can specify the height of the object? For instance, if I want the height to be .50.

Hold down the control key and it will move in 0.10 m increments.

It depends on what version of TS you're running.
In TS2006, I just raise and lower object height by 0.10m increment by moving the mouse; no keys. If I hold the CTRL key down, the height moves by 1.0m.

In TS2009, if I don't touch any keys, and just move the mouse, the increment is 1.0m. If I hold the CTRL key, it's 0.10m, and if I hold the Shift key, it's 0.05m increments.
