When you combine Acelejalde's stations with my subway tracks, you get this:

I've added attachment points to the ends of this station. And with this one segment of track, the 3rd rails will always be on the correct side of the track.
May I suggest adjusting your textures a bit. The yellow pillars in the picture (linked above) for example are fairly over exposed (the lighter tones, show up white). This tutorial is pretty useful: http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/levels.htm While written for photoshop, the tool used is available in GIMP, Paint.net, Irfranview, Photoshop, Fireworks, the list goes on (the Paint.net one is a bit different cosmetically, but in reality is the same)
If you have Photoshop, I would also suggest looking into a Shadows & Highlights adjustment.
