Excellent Work!

type the word that isn't abreviated. and Bstyles, this is insanely awesome :) I wish you luck with your El stations. My feedback (one word): Masterness.
Cheers,
Eric

I'll be starting a website either by the end of the year or by next year. When it is up and running, I will host my content there. And yes, the password is the acronym I repeated 15 times.:p

You could do what I did and start a simple webs site. Just link your mediafire files under the forums sections of the site, its quick, painless, easy, and free.

I could help you out it you want

Can't wait for the next version of your tracks! Except it means I have to go back and re-lay about 50 miles worth of elevated track......

I'm NOT looking forward to that part lol....

First look at NYCTA Subway Station splines!

Here they are! Nine of the 15 configurations made it into the game without any visual flaws. I'm working on correcting the other problems as we speak. I decided to do splines to save the work of having to sort through different layouts/lengths for Division A vs Division B. Now, you can make them any length you'd like!

The definitions of the layouts are pretty straight-forward, but I have included an example station name from the NYC Subway for reference.

1T Station, (2)(3) Bergen Street, 50 St (E), 5 Av (E)(M)

1T Station, no trackside wall: Can be used for Astor Place-Spring St (6), or attached to a tunnel for CPW (B)(C) or Eastern Pkwy (3) stations.

2T Station: self-explanatory lol

2T Island Station: self explanatory

2T Island, no wall: I made this specifically for the off-set platforms at Union Square (4)(5)(6) and 42 St (A)(C)(E). But you can get creative and have tunnel bypass tracks a la CPW, as mentioned above.

3T Island: Lower-level 145 St (B)(D)

3T Station: local only

4T Station: local only

6T Station: local only, 135 St (B)(C)

Enjoy!

Good Work!

I love it acelejalde! Excellent Work! I noticed the other day that in the local stations the express tracks in the middle tend to be at a bit of a lower level so I like the open sided splines. Good luck with the rest of the stations!
Eric:)

WIP- New Station Splines

I have begun work on the new station splines, with some new beams, and the exits put into the spline. The wooden benches will not be on the island platforms, just the side platforms with walls.

Here is a WIP shot of the newest (and 16th) configuration, titled "NYCTA 1T Bypass". It is predominantly used on the CPW line (B)(C), and the Eastern Pkwy line (3). This will not replace the 1T no wall, which will be used for offset platforms, as mentioned before.

Splines Finished!

Been working all night (and trading model pics with BStyles :p), but I've finally finished all of the splines--tried to make them more realistic by copying the color scheme of the unique layouts. I also eliminated the benches on the island platforms--they got in the way! Also have new track pillars and dividing walls.

Here is DeKalb Avenue (B)(Q)(R):

Gonna start working on the Platform Ends tomorrow!

Enjoy!

any chance of the CTA splines being a bit shorter? Your NYCTA splines don't handle corners very well.....and CTA corners are well.....quite sharp.

Loving your content Bstyles. I whipped up a route after you posted the content:

I must say I am impressed with the results of collaborative work in trainz :)
