"Not Available" DLCs

Recently I reported that "Halloween Night on Kickstarter County" was shown as "Not Available" in the Content Store (TRS22 Build 115628). The author stated that it is TRS19 compatible only (why does it then appears in the Content Store of TRS22?).

Today, same problem with the newly issued "DR DBmtrue 001": "Not Available", and when clicked: "This item is not available for purchase or download".

How many items are we going to see as "Not available"?

The answer from the Helpdesk: "As you are using a beta test build of Trainz, some DLC packs may not be available in this built. We only actively release DLC packs for official releases, and as such do not guarantee that all DLC packs will be available in beta test releases."

It would have been of interest to know before! Never seen any warning for this anywhere.
