Mick (Matruck) and Bryan,
Thanks for your comments!
Woody,
Thanks, and you were asking about the length of the route. I'm not sure off the top of my head what the track miles are, but you can look at the maps on the 1st page of the thread and see where the limits are.
All the main lines and branches are done. There's still a couple smaller yards to finish up.
The northern limits are a few miles north heading out of the BNSF yard in Cheyenne, WY; about 75 miles north of Denver.
Here's a track section of the UP yard up in Cheyenne, WY. This will be fun when it's done.
WCL:
Thanks. I haven't read Model Railroad in a few years. I'll look into what you're referring to.
Gisa,
If you want to PM me with your email, I'll send you the road in a CDP. If all goes as planned, content that I've done for this route will be on DLS prior to when the route is uploaded.
This past week, I needed to go back and re-do some track work. Somehow, Surveyor was treating one stretch of track as a content object instead of a track object. It wouldn't let me delete it, until I deleted the KUID of that track and reinstall it again. Strange.....never seen that happen before.
While back in that area again, I added/changed some details to the scenery:
