Forget Burger King and Sonic...I'll be at the Waffle House!
Seriously...they have a good double cheesburger and chili!
Drinks are good too.
Last time I was at Waffle House was on a trip back to Illinois, before I moved here, I ate at the Cookeville Waffle House mmm. Friendly people too, course that is to be expected in the friendliest place on earth!

I like Waffle House too, Woody. It's a welcome sight when you have time to sit down and eat.

Sometimes I get get in the mood for Sonic. This happens when I want a charge from being served onion rings by a young lady on roller skates.

When I do, I'll send you some video files if that might be still be of use to you.

Also, thanks for the kind words and I admire your work!

No problem take your time we all got or own lives to tend to...even though it may seem we are permanently attached to the computer(s):hehe:
And it is still of use to me because I have never gotten to New London myself, and not to mention I haven't made the that area in trainz just yet.;)

Wow!! Wow!! and Wow!!... holy freakin' cow. This project is a work of art and obviously a labour of love as well. Truly amazing.

I'll have to drop in on this thread on a regular basis to check things out.

Keep up the great work, Jim.

Well normally i dont like US routes but thats a matter of taste. But i really have to say that this is really outstanding and very good routebuilding.:udrool:

Keep it up:wave:

It's nice to see some new faces in the thread! Hiya Forest Runner and Laika!

Yah I have to agree with you, this is definitely a labor of love. It definitely shows in Jim's work. The amount of custom content is truly astounding right down to the custom textures based upon real life images of the ground there! Can't wait to see more.

I don't know how I've missed this thread, but I'm certainly glad that I've found it. This has got to be one of the most realistic routes that I've seen and the attention to detail is astounding. Great work and I'll be watching with anticipation.

The environment is absolutely friendly and down-home. Gotta love Waffle House and the burgers they serve!!!!

Moving North West up the Black Hollow toward the bend that will take the tracks westward, heading toward Fort Collins running parallel to E.Vine St.

Facing west on the 1st switch at Sinnard, the track heads north west. This pic was taken in February, when there's not much overgrowth.

Same area in the fall:

Just down the track, looking back at the Hydra Warehouse to the south east:

A straight shot up the tracks. It looks bare without all the weeds and summer ground cover.
