New Patch

Stupid me of course i run 47059 from day one

the only main issue is the splines go haywire when manipulating or reverse spline connect or just go space and leave me with 3 non deletable "red line track item like inv track kind off. Lucky so far only viewable in surveyor, sow wait for a fix to get rid of them one way or another.
Otherwise pretty solid and fun to use.
Second patch i gonna wait respectfully till dust settles and the (Gold :hehe:) coast is clear.

Nice customer support here, really nice. Not a word from "Neverfails?" apart from the removal of the failed patch. Just pay for the game, pay for the FCT and shut up. Now you fan boys, go ahead... my skin is thicker than sniper297's one.. i'm sick of all this

Sorry guys, no news at this stage.

We are still investigating the cause of the issue, so that we can fix it and release a new patch. Although it failed here (on my PC), we actually had some trouble reproducing it. Some computers did actually install the patch successfully. Now what's the name of that law again...

When we have news, we'll announce it. Until then, all we really can say is that we are working on it. Since this is exactly what is happening...

sorry if this doesnt help, but...

i used to be a roller coaster tycoon fanatic years back. i remember downloading many updates for RCT 3. one particular update did close to what everyone else in this thread is desribing. when i opened the game many menu item were missing. the root of the cause was that some of the files downloaded fine, while others needed the computer to be in ADMIN mode.

@zuluking: it has already been done. There is Finagle's Law now (there is/was a real Murphy at Edwards Air Base, too, AFAIK).

I browse this thread quite often, because the problem with the spline point does prevent one from building decent routes in TS12.
