Need help with buying locomotives from K&L Trainz

I recently gotten trainz 2019 and wanted to get my self a Pennsylvania fan made layout so i wanted to get a k4 from K&L but when i tried to pay it wont accept my credit card so thinking maybe my age because im 17 at the moment I asked my parents about and the same problem happened to them aswell

Could it be that the card is triggering a fraud alert? I know prepaid gift cards won't work on a lot of sites because they are hard to trace back to the owner and can be used for fraud. I have a special debit card from a male cousin and he has most online transactions blocked except certain categories like cable TV, phone, medical, restaurants, and a few Trainz sites that he put on the except list like the main N3V site, and paypal with a $25 limit so I can buy from third party sites through paypal if the main site doesn't work with the card.
