what is the easiest and simplest way to transfer ts12 from one compter to another.

Do you mean simply transferring the game or the game and content you have created?

For the former, you just need to re-install it on your new computer. You can either insert the disc and run the installation or if it's a digital download, the links will be on your Order History page. https://www.auran.com/planetauran/Order_History.php

For the latter, you need to make a copy of your 'Userdata' folder and copy it to an external hard-drive (USB, what have you) and transfer it to the new computer. Then do the steps from the previous instructions. Once you have the game installed, copy the 'Userdata' folder to your computer (such as on your desktop) and then go into 'Content Manager', accessible via the 'Content' button on the launcher screen. Once in 'Content Manager', click 'File' then 'Import Content' and browse for your 'Userdata' folder.
