Need help getting Prowler901's K-28, K-27s, and RGS 20 to work in TS12

Hello all,
I have recentely found that these locomotives have errors in TS12, I have fixed other things with errors in TS12 but this is beyond me. So could someone help me get Prowler901's K-28, K-27s, and RGS 20 to work in TS12?
