That is beautiful! Why did it get rejected from the DLS? Could you e-mail me them?

Wow! All of those locomotives/reskins are just amazing.

I personally love the "rustbuckets"!! I'm so glad to see someone finally tackling schemes that reflect hard use (neglect?) and give a locomotive true character. I was going to chime in and beg for a Conrail GP15 rustbucket a while ago but figure you guys already get a million requests.
And just remember, the worse they look, the better they run!

Oh, but while i'm on it.....how about some Reading Company skins. They had 5 GP40-2's.

They would go great with the RDG GP35's we already have.

I was thinking something very simple like:

In screen shots yellows always come out well, especially with red lettering. Maybe UP yellow? The font is Windsor Outline BT that comes free with CorelDRAW. If you don't have it, get it here:

Of course, being a short line the locomotives only get cleaned infrequently, well probably never. So IndustRail locos are covered in grime and dirt, even more than that wonderful USS above.

Yeah - we sort of gave up on that reskin. Looks good too, but maybe just a shade too clean?

Absolutely love both!!

Just one suggestion though - how do you think Windsor Outline in red would look for the loco number? It would match the IndustRail lettering.

I like all the 3 IndustRail engines, could similar reaskins get done for Phil's Austral Bay, just change the red & yellow for other colors?

Have you tried what I call fading the logos like the L&N lettering and numbering here:
