since Modelz Trainz has become real popular and because it is a very special and unique way having fun with trainz:

shouldn´t there be a be a special place in the forum for us? In the moment we are a little bit hidden in the screenshot section...

What do you think??

Isn't the whole forum dedicated to model trainzers?

Only difference between some topics is that some try to make their model look like a piece of real world where others try to make it look like their basement / hobby room.

I would kind of agree with Oknosten, at least in so far as there is no Forums dedicated to "Real Life Modeling" or "DEM Modeling". Why create an entire forum for Model Trainz?

My suggestion if you want to see more Model Trainz Material, would be to start your own threads on the topic. Thats how alot of the Screenshot threads got started for instance. Whether those threads take the form of instructional or Showing off though is up to you. Personally, I'd love to see a good description of using the Layout Front Edge Cover assets posted somewhere. I think that alone keeps alot of newbies out of doing it "Dig holes, whats that?" I even saw one model where the entire central area of the "room" (Where it should be flooring, some 3-4ft below the lay out) was nothing but meticulously placed Digholes (This was a big model/Layout/room as well, must have taken the guy ages!)....

I would think if Auran/N3V really wanted to get into it, they would go nuts and make a product that included it. Imagine a version of Trainz called "Trainz:Modelz". Doubt that will happen though, their competition is going for real life simulation, so thats where Trainz is going too.
