I believe the kuid you are after is "Decouple Head N" by Josefpav which was released with the Marias Pass X route. That route is by HP trainz, and is a payware route.
There was no intention of that kuid being apart of this route, and this issue will mostly be fixed at a later date when time permits. As for now, i would simply recommend substituting this kuid for another in the config file.
