Method of adding vehicles to traffic?

Hi all,
I have returned to Trainz after a few years and upgraded from my old TS2004.
I used to be able to add vehicles to traffic with comparative ease, as I like to see a wide variety on the roads including trucks and buses.
I have seen some mentions here of the traffic now being controlled in the ‘region’ but I’m not sure how to go about it?
Could someone explain a step by step process to help me out?
I would like to see various vehicles that I might get from the DLS travelling up and down.
Thanks
Nij

Hi Again.

Here is a handy update that may help others trying to do the same.
Thanks for your link Dinorius - I toiled away with the content manager as shown in the link but It didn't look the same as what I was finding.
(I am running TS2022 on Trainz Plus subscription if that makes any difference.)

I did some more searching and found THIS YOUTUBE video that helped me enormously.

I learned how to clone a region then add Kluids to it and update for the game.
I did a test on a test route, adding just one new vehicle to trial the method... It worked.
(Note: Vehicles for traffic should be Trackside accessories.)

I now can add additional vehicles.

Many thanks - And I hope this is helpful to others.

There's no difference between the products other than some additional features such as additional DLC, full Surveyor 2.0, the still in beta Trainz a Living Railroad, and High Definition Terrain.

Thanks for looking and for help.. Here is a screenshot example of the result!
I have added quite a few commercial vehicles, box vans and the like - they drive on the roads which definitely adds some realism.
