I am looking at these:

They don't have the fence around them, but they do have whatever hangs down from the bar itself.

Yes I have these crossings, they are required content if you are making a route in the 1950's. I'm saving them for another area on my route.

In the end I decided on Pencil42's derelict crossings. Since this area is just background scenery, there is no need for the crossings to function. The crossings are a close match in size and color.

Sorry for the delayed response, I haven't been checking here much recently. I do have two animated versions on the DLS - 1 track (<kuid:124060:23019>) and 2 track (<kuid:124060:23021>) - not sure if either would work for your application.....
