These are my favourite coal staithes in Trainz. But I can't remember where I downloaded them from and they're not on the Download Station.

Does anyone know (a) where it is located (I think a Hungerian site?) and/or (b) how to contact bogesz? I would dearly love to get this onto the Download Station so it isn't lost to the community!

It looks very similar, but not quite identical, to Magandy’s Coal Staiths <kuid:68236:23062> which is a static modification of coerni’s animated kohlenbansen <kuid:32942:28001>

Unfortunately all the onward links lead to a shopping page. It looks as if his site is very dormant.

Thanks for the feedback. This is the perfect salutory tale about what can happen if creators don't upload to the Download Station - personal websites are transitory and, once you've lost interest and moved on (perhaps to get involved with 'Nina Fashion' in a fetching shade of pretty pink) your carefully created assets are lost to the Trainz community for ever.

OK, I'd better check out those Magandy coal staithes.....

Thanks John. MV_Kleinbekohlung is a very lovely asset which I already have. Sadly, it's also a bit of a luxury item at over 18,000 polys and not really suitable for what I'm doing on my winter layout. I'm looking at the Magandy staithes and I think they may be suitable for my purposes.

I presume they have cached a lot of sites, comes in handy on occasions, not every site is there though. I'm fairly sure his stuff is also on another site somewhere as well.

Thanks for the advice Malc. If only we could find the original creator and persuade him to upload his many fine assets to the Download Station.
