KUID:404079:1246 Slows train down!

KUID:404079:1246 is an enginespec located at the download station called VR T Class Dummy Enginespec. It's an enginespec that has no power and it is to be used with cab cars on passenger trains. I have it set as the enginespec on the cab cars of my custom reskin of Bombardier Bi-Level trainsets. The locomotives that I use is a mix of F-40s, F-59PH and P42s. Anytime I have them running without the cab car, they all run fine. But when the cab car is part of the consists, it slows the train down to 20mph below the speed limits when the signals are clear. What can be done to ether modify the engine spec or find a better alternative to make the trains run normally?

The max speed has to be set the same as the locomotives or above in the VR T Class Enginespec.

KUID:404079:1246 is a screwed up engine spec. The Motor section has some zeroed out tags and the throttle section is zeroed out. If you want a dummy engine spec you could use default car,<kuid:-25:434>
