Sorry if this has been asked before.

My routes always show in miles per hour, I change to Kilometers per hour and save the route, but when re-opening a saved route speed is back to Mph.

Is it me or have others got the same issue.

btw. It was fine before the last aupdate.

Thanks in advance Ray.

How exactly are you making the change?

There is nothing in Trainz that switches between Miles Per Hour and Kilometres per Hour.

You can only switch between Metric and Imperial units. Speed signs do not change the number they display, that is hard wired in but they will change the speed they impose on trains - you have to manually change each speed sign to the correct one for the units (metric or imperial) that you are using to change the number displayed.

The Metric/Imperial buttons in the Route Editor affects the rulers and the operation of the speed signs.

A few more details would help.

After some puzzling over what you actually meant by the question (I think I now know) and even longer searching for an answer, it turns out that the answer is very simple.

When in Driver mode you can switch between the speed display showing MPH and KPH by pressing the G key. I wish all other questions in Trainz turned out to be as simple 😄

NOTE: This does not change the values shown on the speed signs.

Yes you are correct. However prior to the last update the change in driver mode would be saved when the session was saved. This does not happen now and must be changed each time a session is opened.
It is not a major concern as I am quite happy to change each time I open a session.

Thanks. Ray.
