JointedRail stuff [screenshots/renders]

At the end of a long Monday, the Swanson shop crew has just wrapped up the 92 day on BANG 500, an SD38-2 rebuild of BN lineage. The 699, a local buff favorite for its Erie Mining colors, awaits it's turn on Shop 2 and will be tackled tomorrow after the other unit's release.

Fantastic screenshot, Knifeswitch.
The sharpness, the vivid color and the little details like the "Men at Work" boards, the plastic five gallon pails, the hand-held fire extinguisher, the boom box and the parts shelves (new items?) make this an outstanding piece of art. Well done!
 
Thank you, gents! All of those details are make by either Ryan, Adam, or Mike, and truly make these scenes come to life. I'm sure they'll see the light of day sooner than later. :wave:
 
BANG L-21 rolls northbound down Main St. in Leiver with Eng 54 leading and the 499 buried halfway down the consist. The crew will make a setout at Verso paper from 499 back, which will become L-22 and depart later in the day to service the various pulp spurs along the mainline. The L-21 crew will use the Wilmar Siding and scale to service the Yutz Industrial Lead, then book it back to Swanson where these cars will end up on road job T02; all of T02 will end up being interchanged with Pan Am in Bangor.

The loco is too clean though for a Pan Am Guilford unit. Just kidding.

The modeling is very realistic.
 
The 54 is ours! The BANG's shop guys scrubbed all of that gnarly Pan Am grime off, and also had the decency to repaint the pilot when adding plows.. ;)

I know - I've got the unit and put her to use almost daily. My Enfield and Eastern does a good job too in keeping her nice and clean along with their old B&M units as well. :D

BANG L-22 went a bit further north than normal today, this time running up to the town of Holden to pick up a pair of flats for light track work next week. With threatening skies looming ahead, here they are with the throttle in the corner doing their best to make it home to Swanson and outrun the impending storm.
