JR Woodchip hopper

Hi, I'm having skin issues with the JR Woodchip hoppers, only a select few don't have blurry skins so I was wondering if there's going to be a new fix for it? I installed trainz when it was SP4.
Now to answer questions, Yes, I have tried reinstalling them, yes, I have read the thread on them already, and yes, nothing is working. If any JR member see this, I'm wondering if you guys could resolve this with a new fix please? I cannot resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.
