With shadows beginning to stretch, at 4:46pm on June 18, 1985, Work Extra 172 West holds the siding at BK while a buff and his poor wife who got dragged along enjoy the show. The work crew is ready to line the switch to hop onto the main and return back to Huntington as a nearly on-time Train 654 has just eased into Stony Brook station. This scene and track alignment was completely altered in 1988, and the branch is now fully Rule 261 territory with controlled interlockings and full ABS.

Today's RF-7 had a mishap in Fresh Pond and got a late start to their day; here they are later than usual running glass out, creeping past Bliss Tower after grabbing a cut of cars from Yard A to be brought to Holban tomorrow.

Coming soon to JR and yes these will be released to the public.... the first of many IRM JR content that Ive been commissioning with the good folks at JR. I would like to thank both Simulatortrain(Who has agreed to handle building a few of the diesel locomotives in the collection as well as freight cars) and Wearsprada(who has agreed to do some commissions for me) for both taking a big interest in my IRM route project and accepting my commissions as well as working with me on gathering details etc. I will also like to thank Mike the head of JR who as also taken a small interest in my project. We have lots more planned but don't worry this only the beginning. Thanks JR for your support and if any other JR members would like to accept commissions or projects I have in mind please contact me.
