Now to down a Red Bull and attack the detail changes.

That looks absolutely delicious. Will you guys be doing the C32-8 as well? Sketchup spams crashes at me when I try to work on mine and I am too stupid to figure out how to work on the version I exported to Blender. Also have you guys considered the C39-9, the old C36-8 made to run on coal sludge or something like that, updated to C39 standards and given parts of a dash 9 rad section. That would be very interesting to see and all are fairly similar units (C32 is basically a shorter C39, though C39-9 is a bit more different).

guys anyone know where to find this cn pointe cabbose dep i tried to download all the trucks from dep section but still missing

After a few more skins of this new 3510 cubic foot car, I'm going to bring the textures and meshes of the older 2003, 2600, and 2893 cars up to this level, as well as doing some new skins on them.

For this particular variant (the 3510), I am doing DT&I, CRR, L&N, and RDG. It's quite possible that some western roads may have had these as well, but I've not done more than some very fast research on that. If they did, I wouldn't mind adding another skin or two to the list.

Actually, now that I've said that, I remember that there was an experimental stainless steel car built for the SP to this design. I will likely do that car, even though there was only ever one, because it would look neat in game.

After the updates are complete, I am planning on doing the common 4000 and 4427 cu ft hoppers which are just a few years newer than the 3510s. Those came in all sorts of schemes, and I will probably do a good many of them. Upon completion of those and a few extra skins on the 4750 cu ft car we already have on JR, there won't be too many P-S covered hoppers missing whatsoever.

You got me interested in looking for more owners. I found several more, but the only one I am going to add to the list is UP.

OK. I already had this ready to post but got busy with a "honey-do" so I'll just post it for reference.

~According to the book "NP Color Guide to Freight and Passenger Equipment" by Todd Sullivan:

2003 cubic foot PS-2, 2 bay covered hopper: In 1957 the NP ordered the first group of PS-2 covered hoppers. These were2003 cubic foot cars No. 75200 thru 75299. The second batch of 2003 cubic foot PS-2 cars were ordered in 1959 and numbered NP 75400 thru 75473. The NP was in a bind for covered hoppers and Pullman Standard had 74 PS-2's on hand thus the odd number for this series.

2600 cubic foot PS-2, 2 bay covered hopper: NP rated this car at 2604 cubic feet. In 1964 Montana Phosphate Product Co. needed covered hoppers to haul phosphate ore. To fill the need Pullman Standard delivered 120, 2604 cubic foot 2 bay covered hoppers to the Northern Pacific, numbered NP 76000 thru 76119.
I hope this helps, it's all I could come up with. Thank you.
