By the way, if I read the config file to some buildings right, am I okay to put up reskins of some JR freeware buildings up on my site for download? Just want to be sure, is all.

Cheers,

I was aware, John, I was just sharing a little info that popped into my head that sounded familiar to the statement. ;)

I can see why...

Pan Am got their name after they purchased the remains of the airline of the same name. Like everything else they run, they ran such poor service, they lost their FAA license to fly planes, but kept the name and logo. Like everything they've done, it's all a big cover over the same shoddy work, except by a different name.

The original train you were referring to was quite an interesting consist and ran an interesting route in its day.

This is incorrect; Guilford Transportation Industries (GTI), bought the name, colors and logo of Pan American World Airways in 1998. Pan Am Railways, Inc. (PAR), was formerly known as Guilford Rail System (GRS) before March 2006. Pan American World Airways cease to exist in 1991 and never was part of Guilford Transportation Industries or the Guilford Rail System. I should know, I worked for Pan Am for 24 years.

Thank you for the clarification. They did try to run an airline of the same name though as a commuter line, albeit very briefly, but were shutdown by the FAA for safety reasons! They flew out of Portsmouth, NH and Bedford, MA. PAR, yes is formerly GRS just a different name with a prettier paint scheme, but the same management.
