Think back to the day when wide cabs were starting to appear. The controller had become a desktop.
The NS uses all of their locomotives that have ditchlights as long hood forward when ever they can't turn a unit practically.
The new desktop was a monster without the problem of sideway shifting just to operate at head end, let alone pusher service. The seat provided not enough or too much leg room.
The irony is that with the extended radiator, it is impossible to see signal indications at a long distance.
Hi all, been gone all week and not been able to get to a computer for the last week, so Matt moved to JR? will his stuff be posted there once done? So does that mean that both he & Justin will be making engines for JR?
Thanks
TJ
