Ah alright, just something I thought was worth mentioning, the straight parts of the top grab irons below the number boards on the real ET44C4s are actually white.

RE: ET44C4

Those Front/Rear handrail configurations are confusing.

#3725 has the BNSF specific set-up, while #3724 has the standard shape (as 3721 shown above). I suppose it could be Wabtec no longer offering the option and simply using up the old stock during a phase change, but it makes modeling specific units a little harder. And newer produced units are lower numbered than older units??????

Yes it is very confusing. This is the BNSF ET44 Line-up (and general year built):

3675-3706 2020
3707-3720 Cancelled
3721-3724 2020
3725-3763 2017
3764-3838 2016
3839-3899 2015
3900-3910 2015
3911-3999 2015

3675-3790 of that last order has the "standard shape" railings as well as all of 3721-3724. I haven't quite worked out if I will make this a feature of the trainz model or not just yet.

There are now ET44ACHs in the fleet too. 3650-3674, sounds like there are straight ES44ACHs coming too, 3300-3306.

And wouldn't you know, the ET44ACH's have what I referred to as the BNSF specific handrail config (even though CN uses that config to).

Assuming the carbody details are the same as the C4s, just throw regular Gevo trucks underneath, renumber them, and presto change o. But, you know what they say about assuming!

Not sure if this is the right channel to ask this but are there any plans to replace the current sounds used for Traction Motor Sounds used on a lot of new JR locomotives? I'll be honest, The current ones that are used are pretty old and the sound quality isn't necessarily the best.

This is a very good question. I also wouldn't mind a change - those have been around in some form since VMD days...

Another suggestion I have on that front is to have different sounds for AC, DC, EMD and GE locomotives if you guys do decide to revamp the sounds.

The Locomotives are amazing and I do agree some of the sounds need to be updated including the compressor.
