Just to let people know that I am being highly censored here...my post are being deleted because of the oh great and power mods don't like them. Now they are making things up to give me infractions!

Keep in mind that this seems to be expectable to N3V on how to treat their customers. Next time it will be you!

N3V, you could of contacted me in the beginning and taken care of this situation but you wanted to stay silent ands let your unprofessional mods do all the dirty work. I can tell you that I am one person that won't go away, especially when I know that I'm right.

Hi bud. I'm not taking the time to read all the other stuff. I guess one thing bothering you is some moderator. I did that job for a short time at another site. I will never do it again. I wasted a couple of hours every day doing the job. It's worse than you may think. Worst of all was the cry babies sending pm. My advice was always the same, suck it up and move on.

Normally that is what I'd do, but in this case I was wronged and I want to make sure that N3V knows it.

As I understand it, moderators are not staff in the sense that they are paid employees, but are volunteers. I also believe that moderation decisions are not made in isolation, but are discussed within a group.

I obviously don't know full circumstances here, but repeatedly questioning moderation in the forums will get you banned in my experience.

You seem to be a lone voice on this, so I wonder if that might be a cause for consideration?

I'm confused on why another thread has been created over what appears to be the same issue.

It's simple really though. If one abides by the Code of Conduct, then they don't run into any problems. Quite often, it's posts ranting at other users (and in some cases attacking them, as I believe the OP has done at least once which is what caused this in the first place) that cause the moderators to have to take action.

As said in the previous thread about this though, if anyone has a problem with a moderator, they should contact Helpdesk (this is clearly stated at the bottom of the Code of Conduct, just under the entry regarding publicly commenting about moderation decisions). I haven't personally had any issues with the moderation here, although I do my best to avoid breaking the Code of Conduct.

That's all I am going to say on this matter.

I can think of at least two other people who 'fought the law and the law won', OverlordNZ and Zwabberaar. A lot of new users will have no idea who I'm talking about and that's the point.

At any one time in any forum I suspect that there are users who think it is over moderated, those who think it is under moderated and the vast majority who are pretty much happy.

Another thread was created because the other thread that I spoke the truth it was deleted and I got infraction points...again. This is just stirring up the pot. People have no clue on exactly what this means. I DID NOTHING WRONG TO BEGIN WITH!!! Is that so hard for people to understand? Next time it will be you and then see if you can stay silent on the matter.

As far as the helpdesk, we've been over this 100 times now. They told me not to bother them with such matters, so I won't...I'm going to go right to the top and this is how I'm going to do it.
