If I remember correctly Overlord wanted his content pulled from the DLStation and I believe he won that battle...At very least, they acknowledge him...I'm not even getting that.

Do you have proof of that? The person you spoke to on the Helpdesk at the time was not aware of the process you you should re-try via the Helpdesk route.
I will repeat - moderators here or on any forum do not just ban/warn users for the fun of it. What's likely is that whatever wrongdoing was done got deleted/moved, but there is always a record somewhere of it. Quite often though, it's usually a case of attacking another member via forum posts of PMs that causes this.

I suspect you haven't been getting infractions for doing nothing wrong to begin with, but for your actions since. The only person who stands to lose here is LWVRR.
I pointed the helpdesk to the thread in question but the offending posts were deleted so there was nothing to look at. I was told there is nothing there...I replied to him and told him it was deleted. The I get an email saying please don't contact me anymore about this issue.
And no, I didn't save the emails...I didn't think I would be going through this!

I keep up to date on most things that go on here. I just have a feeling that something you posted (which got deleted) previously is what got you the infraction in the first place. That's why I try and avoid attacking other members.
One bit of advice though - commenting on these forums about the decision the moderators have made is another easy route to ending up with more infraction points. As it's N3V's forum, they do have a set of rules that have to be followed, just like any forum (even my personal one has a set of rules as well).
It may be worth seeing if Zec can have a look at what's gone on (via the Helpdesk), as like other N3V staff he usually has access to moderation logs (not sure about Felix though as to whether he has access to that information). Even deleted/moved threads/posts normally have a log entry.

I asked a question, I was then attacked by several forum members. I was then given a warning, I ask what I did. In response I got a second warning. I still didn't know why I'm getting warned so I said ok, I'll go over your head. I was then banned. I have thoughts about but I can't speculate on that here. It's that simple. I hope that one day somebody does find the original posts so I can prove what I'm saying is true.
I will not contact anybody again. I went that route and it didn't go well for me. as you know. However, anybody from N3V is more then welcome to contact me and open a dialog about this issue. I'm sure they have my email.

Good luck with that - as I said, re-try communication with the Helpdesk as hopefully Zec will take on your case. Unfortunately though your case seems to have been weakened by subsequent actions you have taken, including this thread. It's advisable that you don't create any further threads over that, as all that will do is weaken your case.

What am I supposed to do? Just sit here and take it? Not this person! Sometimes a person needs to buck the system to get things changed.
As far as banning me, I really don't care at this point but if they do they better be prepared to take all my items off the DLStation and give me back my donation money.
