Can I merge the Andrushivka-Vinnitsa route with Balezino-Mosti?

If both or either of the two routes are DLC payware then the answer is NO.
However, you can try cloning both routes and merging the clones (but I have never tried this to confirm if it works). The original DLC routes MUST be present and installed on your system for the clones to work.

Clones of DLC routes can't be merged either. I tried a while ago. If ggggudio wants, he can clone the routes and one of the sessions and install iPortals. These will allow him to connect the routes without merging. They work okay in TRS22, but there's a bug introduced with a service pack that limits the functionality by removing the manual control from the portal.
I just bought the Harvard, IL commuter route and I tried adding a baseboard at the end past Harvard and it gave me a box asking if I wanted to unlock the route and I clicked yes. The baseboard then appeared. I was also able to save a copy of the route with my ID. Are some routes on the Trainz Store more protected than others? In 2019 you could edit built in routes but not merge them.
Yes, some routes are unlocked and are freely editable just like the old days. For the other DLC routes, not completely unlocked, you will have an alias to the original route plus your edits and additions. With these routes, you can't merge them and if you share the routes on the DLS, anyone that downloads them will need to have purchased the route in order to see your modifications.

Absolutely ludicrous not being able to merge payware dlc. Particularly for personal use and when payware dlc can be modified for personal use.
Ages back i had a customised version of the Kings X - Edinburgh dlc. I also had a customised version of Edinburgh - Dundee.
But oh no cannot merge them to have the complete run. Placing portals to simulate same just doesn't do it for me.
Hence why i hardly bother with Trainz these days.

Yup. The decision lies in the hands of the route creator and not N3V to do this. If they opt to lock down the routes, then we can't do anything about it.
It is too bad because that's how we used to do things with Trainz before. I learned a ton about route building and other aspects of the program by dissecting and modifying built-in and DLS routes alike.
With that said, I suggested a workaround but was told it wouldn't be possible because once a route was merged, it would lose the references to the original and it'll then lose its copy protection.

i did not realise the decision not to allow merging was in the hands of the route creator, No idea why they are so precious about their routes.
I could see increased sales of routes, that have more than one section and are thus able to be merged.

I agree, if they allowed merging as was done before people would be more interested in purchasing the routes. I can't count on my fingers how many routes I did that with years ago.

Throwing in my 2c worth. While it *may* increase sales it would also make it easy for others to pirate and distribute the route which would result in a loss of sales. There are some who would ask why should I pay for it from the official DLC store when I can get it for free elsewhere? One recent poster in these forums complained that he cannot buy anything online because of foreign currency and other restrictions.
In any case the creator should always have the final say on how their work is distributed, regardless of what others may want.

Cannot be pirated though buddy, you need both of the involved routes dependencies.
Which cannot be pirated, as far as i know they have built in protection.
