I was wondering if someone could help me out with my issue. I am trying to create a portal (tunnel) to a subway but find that the ground shows through the opening since I am trying to place the opening to the subway on the side of a hill, allowing the track outside of the tunnel to gradually incline up to the level of everything else. This happens when I lower the tunnel opening down below the normal ground level. I don't know if I am using the right subway tunnel or opening pieces but have seen this issue noted somewheres online.
It was noted that if the subway were constructed above ground and then lowered that the ground would show through the tunnel. This is certainly the problem I am having with the tunnel pieces.
If I create a normal tunnell running through a hill or mountain side with one entrance and exit that works fine, it just seems like if I am building a subway tunnel piece by piece then I get the abnormalities that I have described. If I am using the wrong "subway construction" pieces then maybe I can be pointed towards items that work, although I did download these from the download station using my currently registered trainz 2004 serial number.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
