IR WDM KJM missing kuids

Am on TS12 and unable to install the IR WDM KJM (nikos1)
it is coming up with follwing errors:

Error: Dependency <kuid2:9000:51012:1> is unknown.
Error: Dependency <kuid:219472:100416> is unknown.

Please somebody help me with this.
