Internet woes

I bought Trainz 2009 several months ago, registered online, and have access to a few areas such as this one. However, my content manager area will not allow me any downloads, I get a red error message says that I have not registered my serial number. I have. What might be the issue here?

Hello and welcome to trainz!

Since this appears to be your first post, click on the UserCP link above then at the top of the window click on Serial number. If you do not see the serial number you own, then perhaps you created a different account when you registered with planet auran. If the correct serial number is present, start the trainz launcher then click on options and ensure the correct username and password are entered. Even if the correct username appears, re-enter both the id and password and try to access again. If it still will not work, contact the help desk at the link provided above.
